The existing AmerisourceBergen brand was introduced in 2014, during a different time in the organization’s strategic history. The business—and the global healthcare market—had evolved considerably since then. The company was embarking on a new chapter in their strategy, building on 20 years of experience as AmerisourceBergen. The need was to differentiate AmerisourceBergen and the distinct value in the market.

Activating the new Cencora rebrand for a Fortune 10 company required a comprehensive, global effort to unify every touchpoint under a cohesive visual and verbal identity. The work spanned color systems, iconography, websites, photography, sales materials, and more—ensuring that every expression of the brand felt consistent and connected. Alongside the visual transformation, a clear and confident brand voice was developed to communicate solutions and services effectively both upstream and downstream. The result was a fully aligned, modernized brand experience that brought the entire organization together under one powerful identity.

As Creative Director at Cencora, I played a key role in the development and rebrand of the Cencora website by partnering with outside agencies and developers to produce a dynamic website reflecting the spirit of the new rebrand effort. This effort was dependent on developing and implementing the brand guidelines and brand architecture, which unified the visual aesthetic for all business units and ensured visual consistency across all digital platforms. My leadership drove collaboration between project management, developers, creative, marketing, and executive teams, resulting in a website that embodied the new brand identity and delivered a compelling user experience for global audiences.
