BRIEF
The company was looking to expand its downstream customers through a fresh approach.
WHAT I DID
Looking at the various touch points with customers there was an opportunity to elevate items such as the product catalog and turn into a "magalog" that featured editorial content in addition to other more strategic approaches.
RESULT
The commitment to engaging customers and understanding their needs resulted in enhanced loyalty and increase in sales. The new look and feel was embraced by employees and provided a new energy in client engagement.
